This cute cute “mouse robot”, called Min7.1, which is designed by Ng Beng Kiat. It 10 cm long and weighs only 90 grams, and has a top speed of over 12 kph.


Robot Snake and Mondo Spider

This robot snake is Called Titanoboa. When completed it will be 15 meters long (50 feet), weigh a ton (literally), and range in diameter from 0.3 to 1 meter (1 to 3 feet). Yes, it’s very big, when it beside the mondo spider, you can know how big it.

3D printed exploratory spiders


Fraunhofer’s 3D printed exploration spiders are used as an exploratory tool, it can work in hazardous environments or “too difficult to get to”. They use hydraulic bellows to execute advanced maneuvers. It has long extremities, so the spider has a range of ways to get around. Some of these models can even jump. Because without muscles to stretch their legs, these spiders build up high levels of body pressure, they then use to pump fluid into their limbs.

Dr. Guero [JP] from Japan modified KHR3HV,a bipedal robot made by Japanese maker KONDO. The mini bipedal  robot can stop for a moment and continue riding the bike like a human.
