Global Rainbow lights up the North-East England


Global Rainbow is a light installation by American artist Yvette Mattern, that was switched on at St Mary’s Headland in North Tyneside. The light installation celebrates the London 2012 Cultural Olympiad in the north-east of England. The seven beams of light represent the colours of the rainbow and are symbolise hope and stretch about 8 km.
The Global Rainbow has previously lit up the skies of Germany, France and the United States, it was created for celebrate Martin Luther King Day on 19 January 2009.  The display will light up the skies until 4 March.

Beautiful Eyes Phtography by Suren Manvelyan


Suren Manvelyan started to photograph when he was sixteen. Alcoholic Monkeys Stealing Cocktails from Caribbean Beach-Goers


In 2009, the BBC television show Weird Nature about West Indies island named St. Kitts to film vervet monkeys snatching cocktails from beach-goers and then proceeding to get drunk. The footage was produced and directed by award-winning media company, John Downer Productions.
